Urbio e-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption
The Urbio e-Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise at myurbio.com.

2. Urbio e-Gift Cards
Urbio e-Gift Cards are available for purchase from http://www.myurbio.com/. No fees will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of Urbio e-Gift Cards.

3. Returns
You may not return or cancel your Urbio e-Gift Card.

4. View Your Balance
To check your Urbio e-Gift Card balance, visit myurbio.com.

5. Limitations
You may not use an Urbio e-Gift Card to purchase other Urbio e-Gift Cards.

Urbio e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Urbio e-Gift Cards may not be transferred. Discount or coupon codes do not apply to the purchase of Urbio e-Gift Cards.

6. Risk of Loss
Urbio e-Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Ownership and risk of loss passes to the purchaser as soon as we send email confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Urbio e-Gift Cards.

7. Delivery Information
Urbio e-Gift Card purchases are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the check out page with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser's financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your e-Gift Card order may be delayed until it can be corrected.

We are not responsible for Urbio e-Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct. Should an email be returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid email address.

8. Reasons for Failed Delivery
If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Urbio e-Gift Card has not been received within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email
3. Email inbox is over size limit
4. Invalid email address

If a spam filter is blocking emails from help@myurbio.com getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that help@myurbio.com emails are not considered spam. To ensure delivery to the inbox, not junk or bulk folders, please add help@myurbio.com to your address book or approved sender list.

9. eGift Card Customer Support
If you need further assistance, contact Urbio Customer Support. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

Nope! They never expire.

Are there any fees associated with the Urbio e-Gift Card?

No, you will only be charged the face value of the Urbio e-Gift Card - we never charge any additional fees.

When am I charged for my purchase?

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.

How long will it take for my Urbio e-Gift Card to arrive?

As soon as you check out and your payment is processed, you will receive an email from help@myurbio.com with your Urbio e-Gift Card information. Please allow up to 24-48 for your payment to process and to receive your Urbio e-Gift Card.

Do discounts or coupons apply to the Urbio e-Gift Cards?

No, you cannot apply discount or coupon codes to any Urbio e-Gift Card purchases.

Gift Options

How do I send someone an Urbio e-Gift Card?

When you make a purchase on myurbio.com, you will be asked to provide an email address with your billing information. In addition to your order and payment confirmation, your Urbio e-Gift Card will be sent to the email address provided. If want to give an Urbio e-Gift Card as a gift, simply forward the Urbio e-Gift Card email to the gift recipient. Or, you can even print off the gift card, and deliver by mail or in person to the gift recipient.

I want a printed Urbio e-Gift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?

Make sure to enter your own email address at check out. You will receive you Urbio e-Gift Card by email. Simply print it out and present it as a gift!

Can I buy an Urbio e-Gift Card for myself?

Of course! Just enter your email address at check out and complete the transaction normally. When you receive your Urbio e-Gift Card via email, follow the instructions in the message to retrieve and redeem your Urbio e-Gift Card.

Using your e-Gift Card

How do I redeem my Urbio e-Gift Card?

It’s easy! To redeem your Urbio e-Gift Card, just visit myurbio.com, add items to your cart, and enter in your gift card code at checkout. Your gift card value will be applied to your cart total and any unused value will be store on your card for later use.

Can I reload my e-Gift Card after I've spent the full value?

No, but you can always buy more!

Can I change the value of an Urbio e-Gift Card after I've paid for it?
