Urbio Holiday e-Gift Cards are available for purchase from http://www.myurbio.com/. No fees will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of Urbio Holiday e-Gift Cards.

3. Returns
You may not return or cancel your Urbio Holiday e-Gift Card.

4. View Your Balance

5. Limitations
You may not use an Urbio Holiday e-Gift Card to purchase other Urbio Holiday e-Gift Cards.

Urbio Holiday e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Urbio Holiday e-Gift Cards may not be transferred. 6. Risk of Loss
Urbio Holiday e-Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Ownership and risk of loss passes to the purchaser as soon as we send email confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Urbio Holiday e-Gift Cards.

7. Delivery Information
Urbio Holiday e-Gift Card purchases are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the check out page with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser's financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your e-Gift Card order may be delayed until it can be corrected.

We are not responsible for Urbio Holiday e-Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct. Should an email be returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid email address.

Where can I ship the Urbio Living Christmas Tree?

To ensure that Urbio Living Christmas Trees arrive as fresh and happy as possible, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes! You have the option of choosing from three delivery windows: December 5-10, December 12-17, and December 19-24. You will be able to select your delivery before adding to cart. You can only choose one delivery date per order. If you are ordering multiple trees and wish to have multiple delivery dates, you will have to place multiple orders.

How do I track my package?

After you place you order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Since we only ship out our trees once a week, you will receive another email with your shipping information once we have shipped your tree. Please see the table below for our shipping schedule:

Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking number to update with a current location. Due to the speed of USPS Priority Mail shipping, you may receive a tracking number that does not update until your package is already shipped.

How is the Urbio Living Christmas Tree Kit packaged?

Your Urbio Living Christmas Tree is carefully packaged to minimize shifting during transit. The base of the tree is wrapped in plastic to keep soil contained and to maintain moisture. The wrapped tree is placed inside an Urbio shorty vessel and carefully carefully in a brown corrugated cardboard box. Stickers are placed on the outside of the box to let people know that it is fragile and should be handled with care.

How do I send the Urbio Living Christmas Tree Kit as a gift?

Before you add the Urbio Living Christmas Tree Kit to your cart, check the box “This is a gift,” and you will be able to write in a personalized gift message. At check out, after filling in your billing information, make sure to uncheck the box, “Ship items to the above billing address” and enter in the recipient’s shipping address.

Can I send trees to multiple shipping addresses?

Our system can only process one shipping address per order, so in order to ship to multiple shipping addresses, you will have place multiple orders.

Is gift-wrapping available?

While gift wrapping is not an option for your Urbio Living Christmas Tree, we have designed fun holiday-themed stickers that will be placed on the outside of each of our shipping boxes, making it cute enough to send as a gift to anyone this holiday season!

Living Trees & Care Instructions

Why a living tree?

There is something special about displaying a living tree that provides a tree for you to plant on your garden after the holidays. Rather than cutting down a tree just to have it up for a few weeks and then throw it away, with care and planning, your Urbio Living Christmas Tree will serve as a living memory for many years.

Living trees are also becoming a popular choice for the environmentally conscious. After decorating it for the holidays, you can plant it in your backyard or donate it to a plant-a-tree organization.

Although living trees have a higher price tag than cut trees, they provide more value and create less waste. They enhance the landscape and reduce greenhouse gases by processing carbon dioxide. And best of all, they make the memory of each holiday last for years to come.

In what condition will my living tree arrive?

We have selected the best trees available at a local farm in the Bay Area. They have been carefully inspected and are free of insects and disease. However, despite our careful selection and inspection, our trees are not perfect. It’s okay if you tree is a little crooked or has a little bit of moss growing on the soil. This gives your tree character. While we do our best to protect your tree during transit, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.

Can I put lights on my trees?

Of course! Living trees are less flammable than cut trees, so feel free to decorate your tree however you like. But, make sure to always practice good fire safety, use common sense, & don’t overload outlets.

How do I take care of my Urbio Living Christmas Tree?

Your Urbio Living Christmas Tree needs your love and care. Care for your living tree as soon as it arrives. Since the tree can live for decades, a few weeks of good care will go a very long way. First, remove the plastic covering from the base of your tree and water immediately. Allow the water to drain before returning to your Urbio shorty vessel.

How much do I water my tree?

We recommend watering your tree immediately upon arrival. Pour the water slowly until you see it begin to exit through the holes on the bottom of the pot. Allow the soil to fully drain before returning to your Urbio shorty vessel. Repeat this every couple days. Be sure not to leave a puddle of water in the Urbio shorty vessel.

What happens if I forget to water my tree?

Without sufficient water, needles will begin to fall heavily and brown spots will begin to appear. Once or twice and the tree might forgive you, but a home with heaters blaring can be an inhospitable place for a living tree. If you forget to water a living tree, several generations could miss out on sharing in the tree's beauty.
